Parkinson's Day Awareness Program
Believers Church Medical College Hospital organized World Parkinson’s Day Awareness Program in collaboration with NRC-NCD under the theme “Bridge the Care Gap.”
The event was jointly conducted by the departments of Neurology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics.
The program featured awareness classes on Parkinson’s disease and its treatment, a skit presented by medical students and interns, a Q & A session, and special consultations for patients and their families. The initiative aimed to strengthen awareness, care, and support for people living with Parkinson’s disease.
