World Heart Day 2026: Together, We Don't Miss a Beat
On 29 September, Believers Church Medical College Hospital marked World Heart Day around the theme "Don't Miss a Beat".
Our nursing students opened the day with a lively theme dance, followed by a musical performance by our staff. Dr. John Valiathu, Associate Director & HOD, Believers International Heart Center, and Dr. Suresh Kumar, HOD, Paediatric Cardiology, led sessions on coronary artery disease and on adult and paediatric heart conditions. An open Q&A gave members of the public the chance to ask their own questions.
The day closed with a special devotion in our chapel and an introduction to the BIHC team and its services.
