Knowledge, Collaboration, and Care — C-PATH 2026 at Believers Hospital
Date:  10-07-2026

Believers Hospital , in collaboration with the Indian Pharmaceutical Association  Kerala State Branch (IPA-KSB), successfully hosted the inaugural edition of C-PATH 2026 — Clinical Pharmacy Advancement in Therapeutic Haematology — a one-day Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) conference jointly organised by the Departments of Clinical Haematology and Clinical Pharmacy.

The event drew an impressive turnout of approximately 200 delegates from across Kerala, representing a broad cross-section of the healthcare and academic community, including clinical pharmacists, physicians, academicians, researchers, pharmacy practitioners, and students. Conceived as a pioneering academic platform, C-PATH 2026 was designed to strengthen the role of clinical pharmacy in haematology, haematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and emerging cellular therapies through multidisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based care.

The scientific programme featured expert lectures covering an extensive range of subjects including chemotherapy practice, transplantation protocols, therapeutic drug monitoring, precision medicine, research opportunities, and recent advances in CAR-T cell therapy. An engaging panel discussion provided an excellent forum for interdisciplinary dialogue.

The conference further celebrated academic distinction through awards and certificates for outstanding performers of the IPA-KSB Clinical Pharmacy Discussion Group (CPD Group), a stimulating quiz competition, and a practical apheresis workshop.
