Believers Church Medical College inaugurated the Believers Centre for Integrated Research (BCIR). The new Centre is dedicated to building research capacity and interdisciplinary collaboration.
It will focus on Clinical and Translational Research; Epidemiology and Data Science; Medical Education and Behavioural Research; Population Health and Implementation Research; Digital Health, AI and Innovation; and Research Development, Grants and Publications.
Dr Alice David delivered the Welcome Address, and Dr George Chandy Matteethra gave the Inaugural Address. Felicitations were offered by Dr Elizabeth Joseph, Mr Sunny Kuruvilla, Ms Sangeetha Merrin Varghese, Dr E. T. Arun and Dr Abel K. Samuel. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Dr Cleetus C. C.
