Believers Hospital organized a 50 kilometer cycle rally led by the Department of Haematology. The rally, named OMOIYARIDE 2.O, was flagged off by Dr. John Valliattu (Associate Director-BCMCH).
The rally was organized as an initiative of Believers Haematology department, RACTHAM (Regional Advanced Centre for Transplantation, Haemato-Lymphoid Oncology, and Marrow Diseases), primarily to raise public awareness about Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) and to convey the crucial message that advanced treatment facilities, including BMT and CAR-T cell therapy, are available close to home for those who need them. Believers Hospital is notable for being one of the few transplantation centers in Central Travancore that offers these advanced cancer treatments. This journey, connecting hospitals like Parumala, TMM, KMC, Pushpagiri, and Believers, was a testament to the success of “Cures Closer Home.”
Thank you to the 150 riders from across Kerala who joined this incredible ride. Your passion and teamwork celebrated the remarkable five years of Believers 'RACTHAM'.
