Believers Celebrates World Heart Day

Believers Hospital observed World Heart Day under the leadership of the Department of Cardiology with a series of awareness and scientific programs. As part of the event, four advanced diagnostic and treatment systems utilizing the latest technologies in cardiac care were inaugurated and dedicated to the nation.

The dedication ceremony began with a prayer by Rev. Fr. Thomas Varghese. The event was graced by Dr John Valliattu (Associate Director, Believers & Head of Believers International Heart Centre), Sunny Kuruvilla (Associate Director, BCMCH), Dr. R. Suresh Kumar (Head of Pediatric Cardiology, BCMCH), and Dr. Leena Thomas (Head of Adult Cardiology, BCMCH), along with doctors from various departments.

Awareness sessions on the importance of heart health and preventive measures, a cardiac quiz competition, and a flash mob were also organized as part of the celebration.
