Insights from Prof. Dr. med. Heiko Graichen’s Visit

On December 7, 2024, the Department of Orthopaedics at Believers Hospital had the honor of hosting Prof. Dr. med. Heiko Graichen, a globally acclaimed expert in Orthopedics and Traumatology.

Prof. Graichen, the former Chief Physician and Medical Director of the Orthopaedic Clinic Lindenlohe, Germany, and currently practicing at Privatklinik Siloah, Worbstrasse, Switzerland, engaged in enriching discussions with key members of our Orthopedic Department.

The session explored pivotal topics, including:
-Patient-specific implant selection
-Robotic-assisted surgery techniques
-The direct anterior approach in hip replacement
-Revision total knee replacement strategies

Through interactive discussions and case-based learning, Prof. Graichen shared invaluable insights into cutting-edge practices in modern knee replacement surgery.
