CKM Pre-Conference Workshop Day 2 : Cycling for Health & Wellness
On 26 September, riders, clinicians and health enthusiasts gathered at Believers Hospital, Thiruvalla, for a day devoted to cycling.
Guided by Course Directors Dr. Deepak Aravind, Ms. Rosy Marcel and Mr. Jomon Mathew, participants learned how to choose the right bicycle, ride safely on our roads, fuel their rides with good food and pair cycling with strength and flexibility work.
The hands-on self-servicing workshop was a clear favourite. Thank you to everyone who pedalled with us towards better health.
