A groundbreaking anti-drug campaign, "Beyond the Map," has been launched by the AT Rovers Driving Club in collaboration with Believers Medical College. The initiative aims to raise awareness about the dangers of drug addiction and promote a healthier lifestyle.
The campaign kicked off with a 10,000 km road drive, flagged off by Thiruvalla MLA Adv. Mathew T. Thomas. Approximately 45 participants took part in the drive, traveling in 16 SUVs adorned with anti-drug messages.
Rev. Fr. Sijo Pandapallil, Senate Member, Kerala University of Health Sciences and Manager, Believers Hospital, presided over the program. DySP Shri. Ashad S. administered the anti-drug pledge, while Believers Hospital Director and CEO, Prof. Dr. George Chandy, conducted an anti-drug awareness program at the Matithra event.
Other notable attendees included Club President Mr. Abraham George Tharakan, Hospital Associate Director Dr. John Valyath, Chief Administrative Officer Mrs. Rosie Marcel, and Thiruvalla Motor Vehicle Inspector Mr. Shibi T. J.
This innovative campaign is expected to make a significant impact in promoting awareness about drug addiction and encouraging individuals to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
