Dr. Philip Mathew is a senior consultant in the multi-disciplinary critical care unit at BCMCH.
He did his postgraduate training at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum and Lisie Hospital, Kochi following which he underwent the International Training Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists, London at the Leeds Teaching Hospital, Leeds, UK. Recently he completed the Fellowship in General Infectious Diseases from CMC Vellore.
He has over 14 years experience in critical care, anaesthesia and perioperative medicine across various teaching hospitals in India and abroad. His special areas of expertise include - management of sepsis, complicated post-operative patients and difficult ICU procedures.
