World Down Syndrome Day Celebration

The Department of Paediatrics & PMR, in association with IAP Pathanamthitta, successfully conducted the World Down Syndrome Day Celebration.

The program focused on raising awareness, promoting inclusion, and celebrating the abilities of individuals with Down syndrome. It featured insightful sessions by experts, including Dr. Reni Gee Varghese, Dr. George Chandy Matteethra, Dr. Jaico, and Dr. Anjana Sajith, highlighting early intervention, holistic care, and neurological aspects.

The event also included engaging segments such as a skit “??????????”, a “Good Touch and Bad Touch” awareness session, and a joyful dance performance by Adriel and Reena.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Neethu, making it a meaningful and impactful celebration of inclusion and care.
