Overview   

Dr. Devipriya is an experienced Pulmonologist with more than 10 years of clinical experience in the field of Respiratory Medicine. She possesses special expertise in Tuberculosis and served as a TB Consultant at the District Tuberculosis Centre for over three years. Her practice is guided by a patient-centered approach, emphasizing compassionate and evidence-based care.

She is proficient in a wide range of pulmonary interventions, including thoracocentesis, tube thoracostomy, bronchoscopy, transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA), thoracoscopy, image-guided pleural biopsies, as well as the management of sleep-related respiratory disorders. She also has extensive experience in the management of patients requiring non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation.

Prior to joining BCMCH in 2023, Dr. Devipriya served as a Consultant Pulmonologist in government healthcare services, where she gained valuable experience in the diagnosis and management of a broad spectrum of respiratory diseases.
