Dr. Jaico Paulose has more than 5 years of experience as a psychiatrist having completed his MD Psychiatry from Government medical College, Thiruvananthapuram in 2014 with the first position in the state. 

His special interests include Child Psychiatry especially Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and anxiety disorders including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Panic Disorder. His emphasis is on practical, holistic care in the management of mental ailments embodying a combination of biological and psychological methods.

He has been a faculty in various Mindfulness workshops and advocates the importance of Mindfulness in therapeutic practice. He is a member of the Indian Psychiatry Society.
