Dr. Samuel is one of the leading exponents of Arthroplasty in the country. He was formerly the Associate Director and HOD Orthopaedics, CMC Vellore. Having trained in JIPMER and CMC, he went to the United Kingdom for higher training and led the Department of Orthopaedics in CMC, Vellore for over 30 years with aplomb.
