With a solid foundation in medical education and extensive training in obstetrics and gynaecology, Dr. Sijy has established herself as a compassionate and knowledgeable healthcare provider.

After completing her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur, Kerala, Dr. Sijy pursued her Master of Surgery in Obstetrics and Gynaecology MS (OBG) from AJ Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalore, Karnataka.

She has  gained invaluable hands-on experience in performing various obstetric and gynaecological procedures, including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and laparotomies. She also assisted in laparoscopic cases and actively participated in departmental case discussions, journal clubs, and seminars to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in obstetrics and gynaecology.
