MD (AIIMS), DM (NIMHANS), FSIN, Observership in Calgary Stroke Program

Dr Anil Kumar Sivan is a talented and dynamic Interventional Neurologist, in the central Travancore region of Kerala, with twelve years of clinical experience.  He received his MBBS degree from the government medical college, Kottayam. He subsequently obtained an MD in general medicine from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), New Delhi.  He followed this up with a DM (Neurology) degree from Bangalore’s National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS). He underwent an Observership in Calgary Stroke Program, Canada, and a Fellowship in Stroke & Neurointerventions from, Rajagiri Hospital, Aluva.  He has a special interest in stroke interventions and neurocritical care. He has presented papers at various international and national conferences.
