Overview

Dr. Vinay Alexander Issac is a nephrology specialist with experience in both tertiary and peripheral care settings in South India. He has managed a heavy patient load across tertiary and peripheral low-cost dialysis settings, with strong exposure to chronic kidney disease (CKD), acute kidney injury (AKI), transplant-related issues and glomerular disease management.He also holds Glom Con fellowship .

Dr. Vinay has served as a Consultant Nephrologist in the Department of Nephrology at Christian Medical College, Vellore, where he managed a broad spectrum of nephrology patients in a high-volume tertiary care setting. He later worked as a Consultant Nephrologist at St Thomas Mission Hospital, Kattanam, in a peripheral low-cost dialysis setup, where he managed patients with CKD stage 5D and, along with the medicine department, provided renal replacement therapy (RRT) to patients with AKI of any etiology.
