Overview

Dr. Tinu Philip is a seasoned obstetrician and gynaecologist with more than 20 years of experience in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology. She has held clinical and academic positions in India and internationally, with her special interests centred on high-risk pregnancy and general gynaecology.

Dr. Tinu is proficient in managing antenatal and high-risk clinics, performing major gynaecological and obstetric surgeries, and conducting laparoscopic procedures. She is known for her quick decision-making, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and her commitment to ethical and patient-centred care.

Dr. Tinu has served as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at Believers Church Medical College Hospital, Thiruvalla, where she was associated with the institution since its inception and played a key role in building its Obstetrics and Gynaecology department.

She subsequently served as Senior Specialist at the Medical City for Military and Security Services, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. She is an excellent teacher with demonstrated experience in training postgraduate and undergraduate students, and has contributed actively to research, publications, and national and international conferences.
