Dr John Sajan Kurien joined us as Professor and HOD of the Department of General Surgery Unit IV. He is an excellent surgeon with teaching and practical experience spanning over three decades.

Dr John joined the Medical Education Service in 1991 and has worked in various esteemed institutions such as Govt Medical College Alleppey, Kottayam, Trivandrum, and Ernakulam until 2020. He has held the positions of Professor of Surgery at Trivandrum Medical College and Professor and Head of the Department of General Surgery at Kottayam Medical College.

All general surgical operations with special interest in Thyroid, Parotid, Hernia and GI surgery
