Dr. Gincy Ann Lukachan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anaesthesiology at Believers Church Medical College Hospital. She obtained her undergraduate and postgraduate training from Government Medical College, Kottayam. She had worked in Government Medical College Kottayam, T. D. Medical College Alappuzha and TMM Hospital, Thiruvalla.

Later, she did one year of Clinical Fellowship in Anaesthesia at Toronto Western Hospital and Women’s College Hospital under the University of Toronto, Canada. During this time, her focus was on all aspects of ambulatory surgical and anaesthetic care including regional anaesthesia for ambulatory surgery.

She had the privilege to work with world-renowned regional anesthesiologists and the highly experienced research team in the hospital. She won the second-best presentation award at the Society for Anesthesia and Sleep Medicine Conference - 2019 held at Orlando, Florida, USA.
