Dr. Sreevidya B. Pillai is a highly accomplished and dedicated Gastroenterologist with a wealth of experience in the field of General Medicine and Gastroenterology. She has built an impressive career through her dedication to excellence in patient care and her commitment to staying at the forefront of medical advancements. She is member of the American college of Gastroenterology and the Indian society of Gastroenterology.

Education and Training:
Dr. Sreevidya obtained her MD in General Medicine from Government JLN Medical College in Ajmer, Rajasthan. Further pursuing her passion for Gastroenterology, she completed her Doctorate of the National Board (DrNB Medical Gastroenterology) at VPS Lakeshore Hospital.

Under the guidance of esteemed faculty members Prof. Dr. Abraham Koshy and Dr. Roy J. Mukkada, she honed her skills in Gastroenterology, with a special focus on Therapeutic GI Endoscopy.

Expertise and Experience:
Dr. Sreevidya has independently performed over 3000 Upper GI Endoscopies (diagnostic and therapeutic) and more than 1500 diagnostic and therapeutic Colonoscopies. Her training also includes balloon enteroscopy and capsule endoscopy.

During her training, Dr. Pillai had the opportunity to be involved with Spiral Enteroscopies, EUS, and Spy Glass Endoscopies. She was also an integral part of the liver transplant program, especially in patient selection and post-transplant care.
