The Launch Of Civil Defence and Community Volunteers

Thiruvalla Municipality and Fire and Rescue Services invited Believers Church Medical College Hospital and Basic Life Support Foundation to provide basic medical emergency training at the launch of Civil Defence and Community Volunteers Thiruvalla on 27 December 2019. Doctors and staff from Believers Church Medical College Hospital provided hands-on training in CPR, patient stabilization and safe transportation. This civil defense network comprised of volunteers from various walks of life who will supplement the work of emergency response units.
