Guidelines for students allotted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (PG Admission-2024)
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission
- Original SSLC/10th Standard Certificate & Plus two certificate.
- Original Degree Certificate and Mark Sheets of the qualifying examination(MBBS Degree).
- Original Course and conduct certificate from the institution last attended.
- Original Transfer certificate (TC) from the institution last attended.
- Permanent Registration Certificate from TCMC.
- CRRI completion certificate.
- Original Migration Certificate.
- Eligibility/ Equivalency certificate from KUHS for candidates who have passed the qualifying examination (MBBS) from Universities outside Kerala.
- Original Physical Fitness Certificate obtained from a Medical Officer in Government Service not below the rank of Assistant Medical Officer.
- Original Admit card of the NEET PG.
- Copy of Result/Score Card of the NEET PG.
- Allotment Memo & DATA sheet issued by CEE.
- Relieving order in the case of service candidate from the previous institute.
- Institution copy of challan/receipt as proof of fee payment in Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
- 6 passport size & 4 stamp size photographs of the applicant.
- Two sets of photocopies of all the documents / certificates. (1 to 13)
- Hepatitis B vaccination certificate
- Antiragging undertaking to be filled and submitted by student and parent. Students can log in to (www.antiragging.in)
For Christian Minority Candidates
- Community certificate issued by village officer.
Additional documents For NRI Candidates.
- Copy of the employment certificate from the employer or if self-employed, a statement duly attested by the concerned embassy.
- Copy of the relevant pages of the passport and visa details with embassy attestation.
- An affidavit/declaration by the NRI relative in 200 Rs stamp paper notarized by the Notary public.
- Certificate from the Village officer / revenue authorities to prove the relationship between the applicant & NRI.
- Community certificate issued by village officer (for Christian Minority candidates)
The following documents need to be scanned (PDF format, Document size should be less than 150kb)
individually in Compact Disk/Pen drive and submitted to the office at the time of admission.

Instructions to the candidates
- Admission process will not be complete without submitting required certificates/documents and fee payment.
- Fee can be payable as Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Believers Church Medical College, Payable at Thiruvalla.
(We prefer demand draft)

- Fee Details
- Tuition fee: As mentioned in the allotment memo.
- Special Fee & Hostel Fee: Rs 1, 50,725.
Hostel residence is mandatory for all PG students.
Note: Special fee & hostel fee which need to be remitted at the time of
admission.
Payment of all applicable fee (via DD/Bank transfer) is mandatory
for the confirmation of Admission and for the issue of Admit card.
