Guidelines for students allotted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (PG Admission-2024)

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission
  1. Original SSLC/10th Standard Certificate & Plus two certificate.
  2. Original Degree Certificate and Mark Sheets of the qualifying examination(MBBS Degree).
  3. Original Course and conduct certificate from the institution last attended.
  4. Original Transfer certificate (TC) from the institution last attended.
  5. Permanent Registration Certificate from TCMC.
  6. CRRI completion certificate.
  7. Original Migration Certificate.
  8. Eligibility/ Equivalency certificate from KUHS for candidates who have passed the qualifying examination (MBBS) from Universities outside Kerala.
  9. Original Physical Fitness Certificate obtained from a Medical Officer in Government Service not below the rank of Assistant Medical Officer.
  10. Original Admit card of the NEET PG.
  11. Copy of Result/Score Card of the NEET PG.
  12. Allotment Memo & DATA sheet issued by CEE.
  13. Relieving order in the case of service candidate from the previous institute.
  14. Institution copy of challan/receipt as proof of fee payment in Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
  15. 6 passport size & 4 stamp size photographs of the applicant.
  16. Two sets of photocopies of all the documents / certificates. (1 to 13)
  17. Hepatitis B vaccination certificate
  18. Antiragging undertaking to be filled and submitted by student and parent. Students can log in to (www.antiragging.in)
For Christian Minority Candidates
  1. Community certificate issued by village officer.
Additional documents For NRI Candidates.
  1. Copy of the employment certificate from the employer or if self-employed, a statement duly attested by the concerned embassy.
  2. Copy of the relevant pages of the passport and visa details with embassy attestation.
  3. An affidavit/declaration by the NRI relative in 200 Rs stamp paper notarized by the Notary public.
  4. Certificate from the Village officer / revenue authorities to prove the relationship between the applicant & NRI.
  5. Community certificate issued by village officer (for Christian Minority candidates)
The following documents need to be scanned (PDF format, Document size should be less than 150kb) individually in Compact Disk/Pen drive and submitted to the office at the time of admission.

Soft copy of the photo of the candidate also to be submitted in pen drive/CD Maximum Size: 30 kb, Image Dimension: 150 W x 200 H, Image Type: JPG, Background color: white

Instructions to the candidates
  1. Admission process will not be complete without submitting required certificates/documents and fee payment.
  2. Fee can be payable as Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Believers Church Medical College, Payable at Thiruvalla.

  4. Fee Details
    • Tuition fee: As mentioned in the allotment memo.
    • Special Fee & Hostel Fee: Rs 1, 50,725.
Hostel residence is mandatory for all PG students.

Note: Special fee & hostel fee which need to be remitted at the time of admission.
Payment of all applicable fee (via DD/Bank transfer) is mandatory for the confirmation of Admission and for the issue of Admit card.
