International Day of Yoga

Believers Church Medical College in partnership with Believers Santhigiri Ayush Aalayam celebrated International Day of Yoga on 21 June 2019. The inaugural address was delivered by HH Moran More Athanasius Yohan Metropolitan, followed by a yoga awareness class by yoga master Shri. Venu Bharathiyam. Honourable Metropolitan spoke about the universal nature of yoga, that transcends boundaries of geography, politics, or religion, and the need for a healthy body that can seat a healthy mind.
