Now, it's the turn of the new warrior

Light is here at the end of the tunnel. The much-awaited vaccine against SARS CoV2 has come. We, the healthcare workers who are the frontline warriors in the fight against covid 19, are encouraged and strengthened by the arrival of the Covishield vaccine. The Government of India rightly considered the frontline healthcare workers as the priority candidates by ensuring the availability of vaccines to us first.  Vaccination is a great intervention to protect us and prevent the spread of the disease to our loved ones. Believers Church Medical College Hospital has become a beacon of this light and has been chosen by the government to be a centre of Covid vaccination, initially to the healthcare workers and now to the public. The untiring efforts of Drs Sangeetha Merrin Varghese, Arun Sachu, Abel, Geomcy and the MS office and nursing teams have ensured the smooth conduct of the vaccination programme.
